Parking: Parking at the pool is for car passholders only. Please plan to park on the surrounding streets. Overflow parking can be found at Robinson HS, which is a short walk to the pool
Team Area: We are team area 1 shown on the attached map.
Team Warm-up: Lakevale has been assigned the 7:45 – 8:00 am warm-up in lanes 1-3.
Swimmer Outfitting: Team suit, Knee-skins (12 year old and younger swimmers), or Tech suit (13+ aged swimmers only) may be worn. Kings Ridge will have a changing tent available for swimmers.
Spectators: Bleachers and deck chairs will be set-up on the Bath House side of the deck. Spectators are also allowed on the Patio (byo chair).
Swag & Concessions: T-shirts will be available for sale on Saturday for $20 cash.Tickets will also be sold at the same table for all snack bar concessions. All credit card transactions will have a fee. Division 9 Championships - Timeline

Hosting Pool: Vienna Aquatic Club (Tri meet with Hunter Mill) Declare by: Sunday 7/19 @ 5:00pm Swimtopia signup Location: 625 Marshall Road SW, Vienna, VA 22180. Parking: There is a large parking lot plus additional parking on some neighboring streets as well as Marshall Road Elementary School and Vienna Baptist Church. Please do not park on Marshall Road Arrival Time: Swimmers arrive by 5:05pm; warmups 5:18-5:33pm. Enter through the main gate to the large grassy area straight ahead. Swimmers should bring a chair for team area; there should be plenty of spectator seating available Volunteers on Deck: 1st shift Marshals need to be on deck for VAC warmups, so please arrive by 5pm. Officials briefing is 5:30pm, Timers briefing is 5:40pm. 2nd shift volunteers should be ready to relieve 1st shift after Backstroke; check in with Becky by 7pm Snack Bar: Gator Grill will be open and will have burgers, snacks, and lots to drink! Our concessions accepts both cash and credit card payments. Ready for a challenge? Swimmers ages 9 & older will team up and head out into the neighborhood to see who can find the most items on the scavenger hunt list!
Arrive by 4:50 p.m. and wear sneakers along with your assigned team color. Teams will be announced before the event. A sign-up sheet will be posted in the pool clubhouse.
Gather your teammates, bring your detective skills, and get ready for an evening of friendly competition and fun!

Calling all 8 & Under swimmers and Mini D's! Grab your sense of adventure and join us for a fun-filled scavenger hunt around the pool. Mini D's are encouraged to participate!
Meet at the picnic area by 4:20 p.m. Wearing a swimsuit is recommended so you're ready for all the fun. A sign-up sheet is already posted in the pool clubhouse, so be sure to add your name if you'd like to participate. We can't wait to see our youngest Dolphins on the hunt.

NOTE! GPS from Lakevale is saying approx. 25 minutes to Arlington Forest. Please plan accordingly.
PARKING - There is limited parking in the paved lot. Overflow parking is in the gravel to the side of the paved lot and in the neighborhood immediately around the pool. If you park across Carlin Springs, be mindful of traffic and leverage the lighted crosswalk for safety!
Team Area: Our team area will be across from the pool entrance on the raised deck closest to the playground. Bug spray is recommended.
Spectator Seating: Spectators will sit at the far deck, and table workers will sit to the side of the team areas.
Theme – Black out
Snack Bar – Arlington Forest has a full snack bar – coffee, muffins, candy, drinks, hot specialty items, etc. near the spectator area opposite the diving boards. They accept cash and cards (with tap to pay). Tomorrow the team will gathering after the meet at IHOP on Blake Lane in Fairfax!

Pasta Potluck & Team Talent Show

Join us as we celebrate the season before our final A Meet with our annual Pasta Potluck!
Bring your favorite dish to share and enjoy a fun evening with your Dolphin family. Please bring your contribution to the clubhouse before 6:00 p.m., when the dinner line opens. We also appreciate volunteers to help with setup before dinner and cleanup afterward.
After dinner, stick around for the Lakevale Dolphins Talent Show! All swimmers are invited to participate—perform solo or with friends. You don't have to be a professional performer to join—every talent counts! The talent show is all about having fun, trying something new, and cheering on your teammates. Whether you play an instrument, sing, dance, tell jokes, perform a magic trick, solve a Rubik's Cube, show off a sports skill, demonstrate a special hobby, or have another unique talent, we'd love to see you on stage! Performances should be 3–5 minutes long, and each swimmer or group may perform one act.
Want to perform? Sign up on the poster board in the pool clubhouse by Thursday, July 16, and include a brief description of your act. We can't wait to cheer on all of our talented Dolphins!

Calling all Greek Gods and Goddesses! Who brings the lightning? Who owns the seas? Who races with wisdom? And who will claim victory from the depths of the pool?
Find out with an evening of Epic and Mythological fun. ALL swimmers are included.
We will kick off with an Olympic lollipop race among our Mini D swimmers, then proceed to relays between 4 teams of swimmers.
Teams will be decided ahead of time, so please be sure to sign up, and come dressed to impress in your best bedsheet!

Coaches Appreciation Week
Each season we thank our wonderful coaches by serving them breakfast. This year's Coaches Appreciation Week is July 13th-17th.
Please sign up in Swimtopia to contribute. We'll need enough of your item for 8 coaches per day, including Teddy, Ethan, our Junior Coaches & Afternoon Coaches and Mini D volunteer coaches.
Please bring your item to the lifeguard station by 9:45 each morning. There will be a high-top table set up for you to put your contribution, along with cups, plates, flatware and napkins provided.
