About
The Lakevale Dolphins Swim Team was established in 1968 as part of the Northern Virginia Swim League (NVSL). Approximately 100 swimmers ages 5 to 18 compete for the Dolphins against other area teams.
Our team begins practicing after Memorial Day, with daily practices held at the Lakevale Estates pool. The swim season runs through the end of July, with twice-weekly meets. These meets are attended by member families of the Lakevale Estates Homeowners Association and their guests, as well as the families and guests of opposing teams.
The Lakevale Dolphins Swim Team is a 501(c)7 organization with an active Board of Directors.
