This is the last meet to get times before relay selection for Wednesday's relay carnival.  Remember all age groups swim two relays a medley and a freestyle relay.  13-14 Relays are 200M instead of 100M on Saturday.  Select the events you think you have the best shot at a relay.  There will be one 9-12 25M event for each Stroke.  Parents be ready to swim at the end and 13 and older swimmers you can choose to time instead of swimming if you like.  There is a jobs signup this week sign them up there.  

This meet is open to all swimmers capable of swimming all four strokes.  A legal time for each of the strokes is required in order to enter the meet.  If you have a IM time from the winter please provide it in the notes section.  If not talk with the coaches to provide one in practice.  If you swam it last year we can us that for seeding purposes.  If you have dropped time since then you should try and get a coach time.
